Time

Time just flies when you are having fun working your butt off, doesn't it.  It seems I have hardly had a spare minute in the past two weeks.  I am woefully behind in visiting your blogs and hope to get to those this weekend.  I just know you are all making pretty things and typing pretty words and I need some pretty before the new work week starts!

My week started out with this:
Yes!  We had a bit of snow.  I was a little bummed because it all happened at night and was gone by noon the next day.  I am still holding out hope for another 4-6 inch snow before spring officially arrives.

A new flock was hatched this week.  :o)

My photography assistant was very helpful...not!

I have managed just a tiny bit of stitching on my next Halloween Rule.  Not enough really for a photo yet but if all goes well I hope to remedy that tomorrow.

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

Love the new flock, Myra! The colors you have chosen are so "springy"

As for the snow, we had squalls and sun.......crazy weather indeed
Spring can't come fast enough for us, right?

Your "assistant" looks as if he has a few ideas concerning the new brood ;0

HUGS to you my friend

I think a lot of people are feeling pressured this time of year. I am not sure why though...

Your birdies are darling! And it is apparent Ziggy LOVES helping. His shadows look awesome!

Every day in February has felt like Groundhog Day....and not in a good way! I would love to get some snow too before spring... looks like it will just be a hope.

Your little birds are precious... what a sweet idea! The last pic with your cat is priceless. Too cute.

Hope you find time to stitch this week!

Everyone's complaining about lack of snow - same here for us, lol! I'm loving the mild winter though. We attended a Christening yesterday and the weather was glorious, we were sat outside for much of the day...in February!
I love your latest flock of birdies - the colours are beautiful.

Your little birds just keep getting better and better! I love the new batch. I'm a bit jealous of the snow.

I just love your birdies! The last picture with the cat is precious! I know what you mean about the snow - we get a little and then it's gone the next day. Although we did have snow Friday and it's still around today, but will probably be gone tomorrow - I think it's going up to 50. Crazy weather!

How on earth did you find time to create your new flock with your busy work schedule, Myra? They sure are wonderful--each and every one. Looks like your kitty is giving the bird and "Eskimo kiss"--too cute :)

robindefender said...

What an adorable little helper you have! The one of him/her kissing the bird is just too funny. And the birds are just adorable too!

Love the spools and candlestick finishing ideas!! They are adorable.

We don't have blue jays in the NW--only stellar jays and they squak so loud--definitely not a lady-like chirp :)

Wow, you've been a birdy machine! LOL! They look lovely Myrna and glad you're having fun :o)
